Clarity Over Complexity
I communicate directly. No jargon, no fluff. If something isn't clear, I ask. If a decision needs context, I provide it. Ambiguity is the enemy of good work.
Process Over Perfection
Great work emerges from iteration, not inspiration. I show work early, get feedback often, and refine relentlessly. Perfection is a direction, not a destination.
Signal Over Volume
I don't create for the sake of creating. Every deliverable has a purpose. Every decision is intentional. I'd rather ship one thing that matters than ten things that don't.
Respect Over Rush
Good work takes time. I set realistic timelines, honor deadlines, and don't sacrifice quality for speed. If you need it fast and cheap, I'm not the right fit.
What You Can Expect From Me
Transparency: You'll always know where we are in the process, what's next, and why decisions were made.
Ownership: I take responsibility for the work. If something doesn't land, I'll fix it or explain why it should stay.
Honesty: If I think an idea won't work, I'll say so. If I don't know something, I'll admit it and find out.
Craft: Every pixel, every word, every interaction is considered. I don't ship work I'm not proud of.
What I Expect From You
Clear Brief: Tell me the problem, the goal, and the constraints. The more context, the better the work.
Timely Feedback: I'll show you work in progress. You give feedback within the agreed timeframe. Delays compound.
Trust the Process: You hired me for a reason. Trust my expertise, even when the path isn't obvious yet.
Respect Boundaries: I work set hours. I don't do rush jobs. I don't compromise on quality for arbitrary deadlines.
